We have build long term commitment to organic cotton farmers. Since 1991.

As planting season begins in Madhya Pradesh, our team of Remei Inda Ltd. is currently busy
with the following activities:

# Direct contracting of the smallholders who grow our cotton, that will be used in Remei’s transparent supply chain to be converted into ready-made textiles, made of traceable organic cotton.
In 2024 we aim to collaborate with around 2.000 farmers in two states i.e. Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. Currently mobilization meetings are held by our staff to prepare farmers for cotton season starting with the sowing from May – June 2024. We are directly getting the contracts signed with the farmers for this season 2024-25. We have also initiated first round of advisory services by Remei India Ltd., and this shall be completed by mid June 2024.
 
# Direct Distribution of seeds to the smallholders who grow our cotton, as this will lay the prerequisite for the traceability for all ready-made textiles made of traceable organic cotton for our B2B partners and consumers. We aim to distribute seeds by mid of May 24 to all our registered farmers who wish to plant organic cotton in this season.

All finished textiles produced in Remei’s supply chain can be traced back to the origin of the raw material.
